#702 League captures on their own

The league is the last seven steps of Capture month (#663), and a sample is filed under the season and month you picked for the squad. The seven marked steps are what moves out.
Capture month: 17 steps
Option A: a second button
The least change. Capture league sits beside Capture month and uses the same season and month, so the only thing that moves is the button you press. The team and squad chips stay on screen, though a league capture ignores them.

Option B: a League mode
A Squad | League switch at the top. In League mode the team and squad chips go, because a league has neither, and the screen lists the captures already held, which today are visible nowhere. It is also the natural place for a date read from FM (#703) to replace the month chips.

Needs the squad to have been captured at least once (#663): a league read can only store columns the squad side has defined. League mode should say so rather than drop them quietly.
The dropdown: which capture to compare against
On the player card's League comparison tab, above the peer-group chips. It defaults to what the card uses today, the latest capture in the season. It lists every capture held, grouped by season and division, so a man can be read against last month, or against another league. The summary line keeps saying which one was used.

Whose figures are ours? When our man is in the sample, his figures come out of its rows and match it by construction. Against another league, or an older capture, they must come from his squad capture nearest the league's date.
Does the choice stick: per card, per board, or everywhere until changed? And should the default be the latest capture in our division rather than any division?
